I have been going to this shop since it opened and i have never had a problem with anyone, service techs are professional and the management team will accomadate you as needed. I usually stay for an oil change and wait in the lounge and watch tv or read. But if a service that requires more time to repair is needed i'm always asked if i need a ride and when job is done if i will require to be picked up. The facility is always clean as the restrooms and with everyone having a job to tend too are always friendly. They run a great dealership and service dept. John at the service counter for V.W. is a great guy and Service Manager Tony V. help however they can and do. I must say i do not mind at all going there. Friendly honest and reliable service. I've always had great experiences at Young VW service. I called for the appointment the prior Friday and was told "no problem" servicing on Monday 8AM. The car was finished on time. I had an appointment scheduled for 9:15am and my car was taken back for service around 9:30. I was told it would take roughly two hours. After about 1hr and half I was told of their findings. 35-45 mins l taken back for service around 9:30. I was told it would take roughly two hours.
