Good Service at YOUNG VW of Easton, PA I am a regular customer at YOUNG VW and I have become thoroughly familiar with the service people. I make it a point to schedule my visits early for r I am a regular customer at YOUNG VW and I have become thoroughly familiar with the service people. I make it a point to schedule my visits early for routine maintenance and rely upon YOUNG VW service people for advice and guidance pertaining to my 2 VW cars. Unlike other car service persons that I have dealt with in the past, I absolutely can trust YOUNG VW service persons to provide me with only the service that is needed for both my cars. My vehicles, a 2005 Jetta and a 2012 Jetta, are serviced at YOUNG VW only, with the exception of tire purchases. I have absolutely no work done other than at YOUNG VW, and neither car has experienced a mechanical failure on the road. Regular maintenance is a must and I trust YOUNG VW because I am never "sold" service, I am only provided advice, which I follow, and have the work performed accordingly. I don't know what more a dealer can provide other than sound reliable service, but I can tell you that the people at YOUNG VW are friendly, listeners, and then try to satisfy the customer. That is a plus for me and it should be a plus for anyone else who desires the freedom of worry when it comes to car ownership and motor service and maintenance. Taking my car to YOUNG VW for service is kind of like having a good doctor in the mechanical sense. I am satisfied, so I have no good reason to go elsewhere. More

We had previously purchased six automobiles from this dealership, including several diesels. Two of our diesels were road worthy for over a decade. Last year we decided to take a hiatus from VW and bought another type of car. We drove this vehicle for one year. We experienced buyer’s remorse from the first day owning this automobile. We longed for a VW that we would purchase from Young. After one year of frustration we traded in our vehicle for a 2014 Passat TDI. The transaction was without drama and there was no attempt to entice us to purchase unnecessary warranties, etc. Our sales professional, Christoph, was just that – a professional who was very knowledgeable about the vehicles that he was selling. He actually provided us with his personal cell phone number and invited us to call anytime, including Sundays, if we had any issue understanding the complexities of the vehicle. We anticipate quality service from Tony V. and his service staff, whom we have missed since we last owned a VW. We believe diesel is the way to go!
