He said that they were still OK when I picked up the car. A dishonest dealership would have jumped on the chance to advise us that we needed to have them replaced for safety reasons, and a tidy profit for them. Also, they charge less for the Castrol oil than I can purchase it for. Yes, we have required the normal repairs that are associated with a Passat with 165,000 miles, but that is expected. I have been dealing with them for some years now, without an issue. More

Exceptional Service As soon as I arrived at the VW Service Desk, I was greeted by both Lester and Tony.
