Each and every time I've needed assistance he's been extremely accommodating informative and simply made the process less painful. It's not common to receive exceptional customer service but I honestly feel Tony provides such each and every time I've worked with him. He provides complete accurate updates throughout the process of providing services and he always finds a way of delivering bad news in a positive manner. He recommended that I wait a day or two to see if the light would reset itself. I called Les this morning to report that the light had not changed mode and he promptly made an appointment to bring the Touareg in to be inspected. More
