We were invited to the dealership to drive the car and learn of our options on financing and met with John from finance to complete the deal. We had a very pleasing experience. First, when my appointment is scheduled for 9:45, There's a reason I drive 56 miles to Young VW as opposed to closer dealerships when I need service. First, when my appointment is scheduled for 9:45, it's on the lift at 9:45. Not pulling into the queue, not getting a walk around inspection, it's getting worked on. Now, more than ever, time is a commodity becoming increasingly scarce. Second, they take any concerns I may have seriously and are more than accommodating for my peace of mind. I mentioned I hit a nasty pothole during the twilight hours the day before, and they check the undercarriage and assure me everything is peachy. Lastly, the staff. Whether it's the service tech, parts vendor, or sales team members - They all have one thing in common, they personalize the experience/visit. It's not just a wave or nod, it's a back and forth dialogue. If I wanted anything but a stellar experience every time, I'd go anywhere else. But I don't, I go to Young VW. More

Above and Beyond customer service I came to get an oil change. I was greeted with a smile and complimentary hot drink while I waited for my car.
