My car was jumped started by AAA and able to drive to YOUNG VOLKSWAGON- There I was greeted by Tony-who graciously listened to my story-reassured me that my information was already in the system and escorted me to the customer lounge. He updated me with the findings, recommendations for service, answered my questions regarding warranties promptly after checking, and gave me an estimated time for completion of service. In the meantime, I was able to recharge my phone. When I drove home, recognized a nice drive probably from the realignment. When I got home, moved and buried the squirrel. I was then able to pick up my husband as was planned prior to the day of seeming disaster. It was as if the aforementioned day of disaster never happened! Thank-you for your prompt and efficient service that let my Valentines Day end on a recharged and realigned note! More
