Beware horrible sales team Wife and I went test drove a vehicle. Tries to purchase the vehicle. Salesman Matt says oh I can’t put you in that but I can put you in something diff Wife and I went test drove a vehicle. Tries to purchase the vehicle. Salesman Matt says oh I can’t put you in that but I can put you in something different. I was not interested in anything else so we left. Phone rang within 15 minutes was them saying oh now we can put you in that truck.So we negotiated a little over the phone and set an appointment next day to come in and purchase the truck. Sales team went and ran my credit 6 times that night was only supposed to be pulled once ,after I left the dealer and the paper that I signed when I was there should have been thrown out since they did not run my credit when I was in the dealer. They went ran my credit than sold the vehicle I was going to buy the next morning before our scheduled appointment. Now I have 6 hard inquires on my credit from them and no vehicle. Now I have to file papers with banks and then File police reports to get the hard inquires removed.They basically scammed me into running my credit for a vehicle that they had sold. Never got a call from any of the managers trying to resolve this issue. Would not recommend going to Koch AT ALL !!!!! Salesman Matt said they do this all the time..... More

I come to the dealership prepared with what I am willing to pay, what I am the type of person that has zero tolerance for traditional sales tactics. I come to the dealership prepared with what I am willing to pay, what I am looking for, and what I will walk away from. And I make it an absolute. I do this all to protect myself because usually the experience is less than stellar. Today, I called from the road to tell them I was coming and to tell them which car I was interested in. When I arrived, The car was parked completely clean with a welcome sign with my name on it. It was a nice touch. But the frosting on the cake was the fact that they actually gave me a sales person who felt like I was really driving the car with one of my best friends, never even slightly made me feel like he was being pushy, truly listened when I told him what I was willing to and able to pay, and didn’t play the stupid game of making me go back-and-forth between five different nose before they actually met my price. Couldn’t recommend them more. Ask for Jacob! He’s awesome. More
