I do this all to protect myself because usually the experience is less than stellar. Today, I called from the road to tell them I was coming and to tell them which car I was interested in. When I arrived, The car was parked completely clean with a welcome sign with my name on it. It was a nice touch. But the frosting on the cake was the fact that they actually gave me a sales person who felt like I was really driving the car with one of my best friends, never even slightly made me feel like he was being pushy, truly listened when I told him what I was willing to and able to pay, and didn’t play the stupid game of making me go back-and-forth between five different nose before they actually met my price. Couldn’t recommend them more. Ask for Jacob! He’s awesome. More

I found the vehicle originally online via a different website and after calling him, he confirmed that he did indeed have it on his lot and I could see it. When I arrived at the dealership, the pilot was parked in the front ready and waiting for us to test drive. He ran over the highlights of the car and I was already sold. Norman is very personable and easy going. He was very flexible with my timing, was not pushy at all (as we all know many car dealerships can be!) He answered all of my questions and I can tell you he really knows his stuff! He was willing to negotiate to get us a good deal. We would most definitely suggest him to family and friends in a heartbeat. As a customer service supervisor, he is actually what a customer service representative should be.
