I was heading into work, and they managed to get me through all the steps and out the door so I wouldn't be late for work. Oscar was really helpful and insightful. I really liked that he walked me through most of the features of the car and showed my how to use all the buttons and whistles. The purchase includes a warrantee, not at expected to get one of those on a used car. And though I haven't used it yet, I think the customer service is going to be excellent going ahead...if my purchasing experience is any indication!
