My initial contact was with Katie Kreppel over the internet. She was the only one, out of approximatrely four other Toyota dealers that responded to my request for information. Derek Mazar called me and gave me the vehicle information I requested. He was very pleasant and customer friendly, helping me with questions I had about the vehicle, cost, features and more. He scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me to see and drive the vehicle, and did not pressure me at all to purchase the vehicle, again answering my questions without hesitation. He was very knowledgeable. The next day, my wife and I arrived thirty minutes early for our appointment to do the paperwork for the vehicle, and Derek left a meeting early to greet us and begin working with us. He made the "car buying" experience actually pleasant by reducing our anxiety about the cost and maintanence of the vehicle. This dealership was AMAZING. They got me a salesman to show me cars within 5 minutes. He asked me what I was looking for in a vehicle, and had 5 choices right off the top for me to test drive.
