Good sales rep but. Ryan Valiente was nothing but professional from our emails to my on site visit. He was attentive to my needs and kept with contacting via email which I preferred. I was blunt and up front with him and him with me. I have no doubt Ryan will be successful! Where it ended was their used car managers embarrassing trade in value of my car and unwillingness to move. I have no problems with anyone make a living, turning a profit and making selling a car an easier process.....I do have an issue with them trying to make $6000 plus on my trade in. I ended up taking my business to another local Ford dealer who gave me a great deal on a new car and a significantly higher trade value. Seems like Koch doesn’t like customers who do their homework and they let a sale walk away. More

Tom Bisbane I absolutely love Tom Bisbane. He is awesome. He has done absolutely everything to satisfy me. He tried his best to get my car taken care of although I absolutely love Tom Bisbane. He is awesome. He has done absolutely everything to satisfy me. He tried his best to get my car taken care of although it kept breaking down after the fact I just don't think the repair persons or the Ford Corporation could fix the problem. But Tom himself was the best. Although I ended up getting rid of the car trading it in for a different vehicle. I will no longer be going to the Ford dealer for service but I wish Tom Bisbane the best. More

I did not purchase a car from them, did not use my car as a trade in, they purchased fr I worked with the sales manager, Nic Dolas, and Lauren Arnold. I did not purchase a car from them, did not use my car as a trade in, they purchased from me through the Kelly Blue book program they participate in. Gave me a more than fair price, and did not pressure me to purchase a car after I said that I am not interested. I will return when I am ready to buy, and highly recommend going here when you are looking. As I waited I saw how other customers were treated and can see why this dealer is as large as they are. More
