I had been to a local dealership recently that was absolutely awful and unprofessional. Everyone at Koch33 made it the smoothest most comfortable process. Michael Hood my salesman was absolutely professional and went above and beyond. He is a great salesman and I highly recommend him. Cory Wismer the sales manager was also extremely helpful in the process and I can't say enough how much I appreciated his understanding of my needs. Koch has two of the best in the business. Finally I want to mention the upfitters in the service department. I wanted to add aftermarket parts (lights etc) and transfer parts from my old truck. The upfitters in service did an amazing job. Everything looked factory installed like the truck came with them. Unbelievable service and upfitter department. I highly recommend this dealership for purchase or service. Horrible Waranty Department Took my truck in for an issue. Issue wasn’t covered under their warranty. Charged me 130 bucks to get my truck back, and they charged me for a rental Took my truck in for an issue. Issue wasn’t covered under their warranty. Very happy satisfied customer I came in just to see if I could find a new vehicle to replace the leased one I had also gotten at Koch33.. My lease was almost up. I recently retired I came in just to see if I could find a new vehicle to replace the leased one I had also gotten at Koch33.. My lease was almost up. I recently retired and needed to find something more affordable for me now. The salesman was young but really new what he was doing. He found me what I was looking for and within an hour I was test driving what is now my new car. $200 a month less then I was paying. As always everyone I dealt with while I was there was very personable and professional. Thank you all for my third car from you. See you in 3 years. More
