Not worth keeping the vehicle I brought my old F150 here for 2 recalls. 1st time, they took care of it. 2nd time, they took care of it along w/ my Christmas money. Within a 3 we I brought my old F150 here for 2 recalls. 1st time, they took care of it. 2nd time, they took care of it along w/ my Christmas money. Within a 3 week span, my vehicle mysteriously accumulated $900 worth of issues. Both times, theyv did routine check-ups, even though I didn't request it. But w/ all the issues over the years w/ the vehicle and dealership service depts(including the incompetence of Naz Ford) I finally freed myself of the junker. Maybe the service manager should attempt to develop a reputation of dependability rather than deception within his dept. More

Excellent Service Department I have had 4 occasions to visit Koch33 Service and had a pleasant experience each time; two for computer update/modifications to my Ford Edge ST and t I have had 4 occasions to visit Koch33 Service and had a pleasant experience each time; two for computer update/modifications to my Ford Edge ST and two for scheduled service. On one of the service visits Service Advisor Rachal Hower advised me that the multi-point inspection indicated the battery was testing low and she replaced it without charge. Earlier this month I contacted Service Advisor Andrew Hannula and told him the special ST transmission was not shifting properly. He went through all the service bulletins and found the programming change bulletin that would fix the problem. I now am enjoying my 2.7 twin turbo drive train at full potential. I have found the Service Team to be knowledgeable and courteous and can discuss automotive matters with them on any level. More
