Started using Koch 33 Ford for the past year. I had issues trying to find a Ford dealer who services RV's on a Ford 350E chassis. After several phone calls I found Koch 33 Ford! What a find!! I was welcomed with a friendly "hello" and what can I do to help you. I immediately made an appointment. When I arrived the service personnel were busy servicing other vehicles but not too busy to say "hello!" Tom Bisbing, Commerical Service Consultant, made me feel right at home. Simple oil change, went ok, not getting a five star do to the service tech added a oil additive with out my knowledge, then charged me for it.
