I don't think they believe me My truck has been shifting hard at times for over a year and a half and I've been told on 3 different occasions that the technicians could not find an My truck has been shifting hard at times for over a year and a half and I've been told on 3 different occasions that the technicians could not find anything wrong when they drove it or their machine registering a problem....but yet I experience it every time I drive it. Plus those who ride with me experience it as well. It doesn't look good for Ford when one of their new vehicles behaves this way or when people know it has been in the shop more times than they can count. I have no motive to lie about this or to stretch the truth about the issue! I really just want it fixed! More
