I needed an AC clutch receptive replaced and mechanic told service manager it would take 3 hours.I took it to Vine Grove Body shop they fixed it in 30 minutes. Knox wanted $360.00. I suggest you look elsewhere than Knox Ford after the pasting they wanted to give me. Plus Joey Moss at Vine Grove Body Shop is the best in helping people out.. More
Service department has a rude attitude Steve tries to lie and intimidate incompetence by the service techs My AC is broke again two times in 3 months and they have excuses every time never their fault. I have an open case with them at the corporate level they refuse to let me on the property because I complained after giving them $1800 in repairs not done correctly. Management is the same covering up shoddy workmanship and bad customer service with repairs. More
Absolute nightmare. Words cannot express how terrible this place is. Traded in a perfectly good car and ended up buying a rusted out lemon. I personally invested over 1000.00 in three weeks of owning it before finally contacting the dealership. They "took care" of me by selling me another car. Within 3 days I already had it in the shop for a new motor mount. $300.00....... With my wife loosing her job in the middle of a global Pandemic we really needed a break, Knox Ford not only made things worse they also had me spend more money within three days on a car that was supposed to be the "make it right car." I also drove 2 hours to get there in the several trips I made. Troy did a good job keeping me in loop and nothing but praise for him. However as whole I have no clue how Knox Ford stays in business. Time wasted and money spent that I'll never get back. Shame on you Knox Ford for taking advantage and preying upon people during a financial and global Pandemic, buyer beware. More

In every case, Knox Ford’s Service Managers Jordan and Steve got me a quick appointment, listened carefully to my concerns, got the problem diagnosed and repaired as quick as possible, and did so in a manner that got the work done with the least expense to me. All work done right the first time. I live within a few blocks of another Ford dealer and drive 14 miles to continue to enjoy and benefit from the quality care and service I and my truck get at Knox Ford. It’s nice to know that when you buy a Ford vehicle, besides getting a great truck, you also get a great dealership sales and service staff to make sure your ownership is enjoyable. Tks KX FORD. Recentexperience Sales person misrepresented availability of truck to purchase. Appt made and truck was sold before appt. Integrity of dealership is poor and has complete disregard for customer. Also mileage listed in ad was less than actual miles on truck. Dealership sales goals look good and sales person has their commission. Only one not considered was this customer. More
