Our best experience EVER buying a new vehicle! It all began by us looking at Knippelmier's online. We knew exactly what we wanted-- a Chevy HD2500 with pulling package, 6.0 L engine, crew cab. We had had so many friends recommend Knippelmier's, but we had in past bought locally in Duncan. We found exactly what we were looking for on their online site. They were open until 8 pm so we were able to drive up after work. We had used their online chat to ask some questions about the vehicle. Tom called us as we were on our way up to Blanchard and he was waiting for us when we got there with the vehicle driven up front so we could look at it. Turns out the truck we were looking at online was a 4-wheel drive, which we did not want. He popped us in the golf cart and found another truck which was exactly what we were looking for. We set down and talked numbers, no dickering, shell game, just straight numbers. They gave us a very generous trade-in for our 2008 Silverado. We were absolutely thrilled with the bottom line and bought it just like that. Financing was simple and forthright.
