Very fast and pleasant experience I had a 2002 Surburban that we had purchased new so it was 17 years old. We had looked at a Traverse and Dodge Durango but I really liked the Traverse better. We went to Knippelmier to just look at cars and I found the Traverse that I couldn't go home without. Sam Bucks was our salesman and he was so friendly and pleasant to talk to. He made you feel like you had known him for months. I would highly recommend buying your car from here. Great Car Buying Experience I went to Knippelmier Chevrolet in search of a nice car that would be easier to get in and out of than my 2017 Tahoe. I previously looked at a 2015 Ca I went to Knippelmier Chevrolet in search of a nice car that would be easier to get in and out of than my 2017 Tahoe. I previously looked at a 2015 Cadillac SRX on their website. The car was there but had not been cleaned up or serviced as it was a recent trade in. Jim Stubblefield was the salesman that I asked for as I previously bought several cars through him. Jim showed me the car even though it was not cleaned up and serviced. The car was nice and I told Jim that I wanted it. Jim worked quickly to complete all the paperwork. He said that he could get the car washed and serviced before closing time. I went home to get my family so someone could drive my Tahoe back and someone could drive the Cadillac. I was late getting back to the dealership because of the 5:00 traffic out of Oklahoma City. Jim stayed past his going home time to be there when I picked up my car. The car was all cleaned up and serviced with a fresh oil and filter change. All in all Jim went over and above again for me. Finding a new family vehicle. We were welcomed to the dealership upon arrival. It just so happened to be by our friend Kyle Hogland. After we were welcomed, Kyle asked if we were looking for a new or used car. We already had a particular car in mind, and we showed which one that we wished to see. Quickly Kyle told us, “Absolutely!”, he went and pulled it around and was immediately showing us all of the different options this vehicle had to offer. After we had seen all of the options and attributes of the car, Kyle asked if we were interested in a test drive. Upon the test drive, Kyle asked what all we were looking for in a new vehicle and we simply stated a vehicle large enough for our growing family and with the ability to keep us comfortable on long trips. We also stated that we were not looking for extra amenities, Kyle’s reply was,”I understand. “ At no time were we pressed in trying to look at or purchase a more expensive vehicle.
