My experience is the total opposite of the other reviews. My salesman was nice. We thought we could trust them. They treat you like family. I don't need family like them. Five days after I bought a 2015 Trax My salesman was nice. We thought we could trust them. They treat you like family. I don't need family like them. Five days after I bought a 2015 Trax from them that they said had been gone through and was in great shape. The check motor light came on and said not to drive it or the motor could be damaged. I called my Salesman MIke and he said I was out of luck. They will not help me. Goes to show you can't trust the Knippelmier Chevrolet Dealership. Now I'm out the down payment and stuck with a car I can't drive and payments for 3 years. They won't show this rating. They should be ashamed for taking advantage of a first time buyer who is a new mother and a CNA in a nursing home. More

Found the truck I wanted online. Talked with Alex Moore over the phone. He FaceTimed me and walked around the truck and inside since I was 2.5hrs away. Drove the 2.5 hr drive and pulled up to what looked like a new fancy dealership. Everyone was super nice. 5 mins worth of paperwork and 10 mins in finance and I drove off in my dream truck couldn’t be more happier. Was very impressed with them! More
