Took it to Knight Claremont Jeep Service department, they found that I needed a new transmission. Elvira was super honest with me, told me it could take awhile to get a transmission. So I was prepared for the worst. They ended up being able to get it really fast, and getting the Jeep back to me WAY earlier then I thought.
