After making the appointment online and calling them, we take the 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo to this service department to have them check everything out since we just bought it for my 16 yr old daught take the 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo to this service department to have them check everything out since we just bought it for my 16 yr old daughter. WE get there, they ignore us for the first 15 minutes, then once we flag someone down, they tell us they can do the recalls and nothing else because they don't work on vehicles older than 2011. How is that standing behind the product. 10 days later and three calls from me to them for status, I arrived to pick the Jeep up to find it completely dead in the parking lot. They left the lights on. WE had to jump start it and no one even came over to check on us. Now, there is a check engine light on that wasn't on when we brought it in. Nothing noted, nothing done except the recalls. I am so disappointed. More
They still can not get my $5,000 dealer replaced transmission to not leak, said it was fixed and it leaked worse.
