Our experience was by far the worst service experience I have ever witnessed. We go in for service and we are called late in the afternoon that the part that is needed is on backorder with no expected date. have ever witnessed. No rental cars available. Had to beg for the part number and asked for an order number and wouldn't give it to me. Spoke with Chrysler for 4 hours that evening to work out a rental car and escalate a resolution. The next day we asked for the service manager and didn't return the phone call at all. We ended up calling Ontario Jeep and the service guy there was awesome. He looked up the part and confirmed that it is on backorder for him as well and they have been waiting for 3 months to get these, but he said "I see two other shops look to have them in your area" and recommended I give them a call. Within 20 minutes we had the part set aside and the next morning it was fixed in two hours. When we went to pick the vehicIe up from Knight they asked why we were picking it up. I told them "I wish someone would have recommended me calling some other shops that had the part available" and he said "we don't do that since it may be set aside for someone else." I said "what would it hurt since you have no status of when the part is going to come?" Real Customer service wouldn't leave a customer without a car for who knows how long. Total disregard to helping the customer unless it benefited their shop unlike Ontario Jeep and they didn't even get the service work, but I will remember them next time when we go for a new vehicle or service. To top it off, they wrote "customer declined service" on the paperwork when we picked up the vehicle, they failed to mention the part unavailability and the fact that we were going elsewhere. We won't be back to Knight, and definitely recommend serious customer relations training to their staff. We were disregarded by all members of their team at pick-up, including the manager whom never could return our calls anyway. Absolutely disappointed and would never recommend this dealer or their service department to anyone. More
I used to love John Elway that’s why I would drive the distance to come however new ownership is not the same . The workers at Knights seem so unhappy ! Elvira was professional and took time to write the details of previous mechanics recommendation in the service request. This really did prevent having to redo work. It came at a savings to me and solv details of previous mechanics recommendation in the service request. This really did prevent having to redo work. It came at a savings to me and solved our long standing problems. Short story should have brought our jeep here the first time they just simply get it right. More
I was helped by a very nice woman named Elvira, she was very polite and gave great customer service! My jeep was serviced for only a couple hours and I was able to get it back the same day, which was very very polite and gave great customer service! I would definitely returned and highly recommend this dealership service to my family and friends.. More

Horrible experience! First off, the only thing the service rep Robert Hogan could do well was lie. I brought my car in on a Monday morning with a written promise date of First off, the only thing the service rep Robert Hogan could do well was lie. I brought my car in on a Monday morning with a written promise date of the next day by 3:30ish. He never called on Monday with an update as promised. So I called him on Tuesday and he said he would call me back soon with an update, but did tell me my car was in service. He never called. I called again Tuesday around the promised time to be told by the manager that it is a 3-4 day lead time and the car was not being serviced as Robert said. They wouldn’t even be looking at my car until Thursday. My car was finally released on Thursday, but was not completed because they were waiting on the part that would not be in until early the following week. After picking up my car, I realized that my horn, that worked when I dropped it off, was not not working. So my car was given back to me in worse shape than when I left it. The part came in later the following week and they “fixed it” but when I picked up the car the second time the check engine light was now on. The engine light stays on the dash and does a weird beep when you start the car, so it is impossible for the service department to not notice this, but they left it anyways. TWO times my car was not completely put back together and returned in worse shape than when I dropped it off. I was nothing but lied to by Robert, I did not even mention all the other times he said he would call and didn’t. I had to get the manager involved three times just to get honest answers. Dishonesty appears to be present in every position in the service department. Not once did Robert even apologize for lying, not returning calls, etc. Not to mention that I brought my car in a few months prior reporting a similar sound with the engine. However, I was told that it was the 91 gas causing issues. So, a change in the gas did help a little bit, but the sound was still there and that is why I brought it back in. They found the issue on this visit, but it goes to show that they did not completely inspect and identify the issue back in November when I reported the same issue. So once again, they just continue to be dishonest and continue to not be good in the service department. More
