When I brought my 2020 Jeep wrangler in for a tire rotation they noted that a shock was leaking. They proceeded to tell me that I would need to make another appointment for them to analyze the situat rotation they noted that a shock was leaking. They proceeded to tell me that I would need to make another appointment for them to analyze the situation and then they could order the part, if and only if I had another appointment scheduled. To me this seems a little redundant. They knew what the problem was and just wanted me to keep bringing it back to get it fixed. More
They did not call to inform me of what my repairs were, they simple communicated via text that came in cut off half way. They also did not complete my car on time which I needed to drive out of town for Christmas Eve. Lastly, they did not clean the area of repair, leaving oil all over the underside of the Jeep. More
Takes along time before your car is actually worked on, and this is with an appointment. Isn’t the whole point of an appointment to schedule the time your car will be worked on to minimize the wait as muc and this is with an appointment. Isn’t the whole point of an appointment to schedule the time your car will be worked on to minimize the wait as much as possible??? My car needed a front camera replaced, probably a 2hr job or less but I was being told I wouldn’t be able to pick up the car till the end of the next day. This was after I dropped the vehicle off and was told I could pick up vehicle in 1/2 a day. That being said Diego was great at trying to get my car back as soon as possible. He was able to made some adjustments and get my car back the same day. My grip with the logistics is not toward Diego. Scheduling is a problem with the processes in place at the dealership and how they schedule work on the cars. Seems ridiculous to drop off your car at an appointment time so it can wait in line a day or two before it gets looked at. How about appointment time be close to when the technician is going to look at it. Kind of like a Doctor, Dentist, or any other appointment you set. More
False advertising. After finding a coupon online, they didn't honor it. So, I requested to speak with management. I even showed the manager the coupon and she stated, " After finding a coupon online, they didn't honor it. So, I requested to speak with management. I even showed the manager the coupon and she stated, "it shouldn't be their and we no longer accept Mopar coupons". When I ask "well since it is still there, can I use it"? No....she responded. She did give a discount for my oil change for that visit only. Use to love coming to this dealership, but since they've changed ownership, they do not rotate your tires unless you pay $29 or even offer a car wash anymore. More

Review Update (12/23/22) After being contacted by Hector Ruiz, he was able to figure out what the issue was and get my Jeep in for service to have the soft top replaced (under warranty). I am grateful for t Ruiz, he was able to figure out what the issue was and get my Jeep in for service to have the soft top replaced (under warranty). I am grateful for the work he did to get this issue resolved. I am updating my review to a 3-Star, I wish I could rate them higher but: 1. This issue shouldn't have been an issue and could have been avoidable with a follow up call from the service department informing me that they were waiting on parts. 2. The repairs were not without issues. I found a screw sitting on the drivers seat which was part of the soft top windshield channel. Upon closer inspection I found most of the screws that hold the top to the windshield channel to be completely loose to the point I could remove them with a quarter turn, by hand. 3. The plastic bracket that is part of the windshield channel was cracked in half, I don't think this will result in issues in the future but only time will tell. I hope that my experience helps this dealership improve on their procedures and practices as everyone who helped me along the way was always very professional and nice. ----- I went in to have the soft top of my Wrangler checked out because it was tearing on the inside where it attaches to a beam above the front seats. Service department staff were very friendly in helping me out and took pictures of the soft top and said they would submit a case with Jeep and get back to me. I never heard back from them. I called many times but because of the automated system, I was never actually able to speak with a real person. I'm not sure if they ever received the notifications I left with their automated system. When I went in I was just about to hit the end of my warranty and now I'm out of my warranty period which probably means I'll have to replace the soft top on my dime. Quite the bummer, I was really hoping to have this fixed since it’s only 3 years old so the soft top shouldn’t have been an issue at this point. More
