In my infinite wisdom thought I would try them out again, even though last time I had them quote a repair it was three times what I ended up paying at a local shop. Made an appointment, filling out all of the issues as well as standard maintenance that needed to be done. Drove this afternoon, well in advance, and was greeted as usual. Walked through what I needed, as described in my appointment; that's where the fun began. Other than the standard maintenance, having issues with the tire sensors and overall system (of which they fixed less than a year ago). Was told they would need 7-10 business days just to diagnose (and keep the vehicle the whole time). Never did they reach out in advance to warn me of this (and thank god I don't live too far away). What a complete joke of a business, and for sure this time will stay far far away. More
I’ve been assisted by Elvira for my last service on my vehicle and I addressed some things I was promised by both the manager and the sales person. Absolutely terrible. Would NOT recommend. I had an appointment at 820am for oil change. I arrived at 810 and was first in line. One of the employees, came out from his cu Would NOT recommend. I had an appointment at 820am for oil change. I arrived at 810 and was first in line. One of the employees, came out from his cubical and bypassed me, walking to the person that arrived after me and assisted him. A female came out and asked if she could help, I told her the issue and she started helping me out but then stopped because the employee that bypassed me was the one actually assigned to help me out (Robert M Hogan). So I had to wait until he was done. Anyways they take my car and promised it at 10am. I came back at 1030 only to find out my rubicon hadn’t even been moved. So they said I had to wait longer. I asked for a manager. Manager was rude and said he said he would address the issues with his team but refused to take any kind of complaint. Saying, “there is nothing for me to keep note of or write down! We don’t keep track of complaints” Anyways they finally did the oil change and had to assign two techs to speed up the process. I still didn’t leave until after 11am.over three hours for an oil change, ridiculous. It’s sad to see that while I was waiting, I walked and spoke to sales persons. They said that John Elway’s sold the dealership because of poor management and service teams, guess nothing changes with new ownership. More
