Thanks for the feedback Antonia, we will look at our process internally and make adjustments accordingly. We verify income all month in our car deals this doesn't make sense. When the bank stipulates we need to verify the income we do that. When the income is waived typically the customer has very good credit, my assumption is the vehicle would be costing twice as much as a result of your credit situation. We are simply a broker between you and the bank. Sounds like we were on the wrong vehicle for you, the total price with interest is a reflection of your credit. We took over the store months ago and our inventory has tripled in that time frame, we will don't have the selection that is in line with our vision for the store but in time we are certain we will get there. Your comment "their vehicles were marked up 10k plus on all vehicles" is false we currently have one specialty vehicle on the lot with that type of market adjustment. Our market adjustments are some of the lowest and we are flexible with our customers to make them a deal.

No your “sales manager” specifically told me it would be too difficult to verify my income because it requires me providing bank statements and paycheck stubs and said verbatim: “IT WOULD BE TOO MUCH WORK FOR ALL OF THAT”. Instead, you all tried to take my trade in that would have given me 8k in my pocket after paying the remaining balance of my previous loan, you tried to sell me a used car with no warrenty to cover the future break downs that vehicle was sure to have, told me the loan amount would be 25k and told me that my 8k was already incorporated into the loan and that I STILL WOULD BE STUCK WITH A 25k LOAN ON A CAR THAT WAS IN FAR WORSE SHAPE THAN MY TRADE IN. You know what that sounds like to me? Sounds to me like you all tried to scam me plain and simple. Instead of verifying my income so I could qualify for a bigger loan amount you all tried to stick me with a lemon. You had no car selection. You had broke down used vehicles that aren’t even dodges. GUYS DO NOT BUY USED HERE. Read below this isn’t a first time thing for them. They have several incidents of selling lemons and wrapping people into crap loans/deals especially when dealing with used inventory. Carmax is better. Plain and simple. AVOID!
