When I brought my 2020 Jeep wrangler in for a tire rotation they noted that a shock was leaking. They proceeded to tell me that I would need to make another appointment for them to analyze the situat rotation they noted that a shock was leaking. They did not call to inform me of what my repairs were, they simple communicated via text that came in cut off half way.
