Horrible. Didn’t even receive a call that my car was ready. Called multiple times no answer. Messaged multiple times no answer. Once I finally spoke to my advisor I was told “she called me” and when asked at what time no answer. I’ll take my jeep to Ontario. Further but better service. More
The service was good. Just upset with the fact that my 2021 jeep grand cherokee L with 6000 miles had an engine problem. Now I don't feel 100% safe when driving. When I brought my 2020 Jeep wrangler in for a tire rotation they noted that a shock was leaking. They proceeded to tell me that I would need to make another appointment for them to analyze the situat rotation they noted that a shock was leaking. They proceeded to tell me that I would need to make another appointment for them to analyze the situation and then they could order the part, if and only if I had another appointment scheduled. To me this seems a little redundant. They knew what the problem was and just wanted me to keep bringing it back to get it fixed. More
They did not call to inform me of what my repairs were, they simple communicated via text that came in cut off half way. They also did not complete my car on time which I needed to drive out of town for Ch they simple communicated via text that came in cut off half way. They also did not complete my car on time which I needed to drive out of town for Christmas Eve. Lastly, they did not clean the area of repair, leaving oil all over the underside of the Jeep. More
False advertising. After finding a coupon online, they didn't honor it. So, I requested to speak with management. I even showed the manager the coupon and she stated, " After finding a coupon online, they didn't honor it. So, I requested to speak with management. I even showed the manager the coupon and she stated, "it shouldn't be their and we no longer accept Mopar coupons". When I ask "well since it is still there, can I use it"? No....she responded. She did give a discount for my oil change for that visit only. Use to love coming to this dealership, but since they've changed ownership, they do not rotate your tires unless you pay $29 or even offer a car wash anymore. More
Takes along time before your car is actually worked on, and this is with an appointment. Isn’t the whole point of an appointment to schedule the time your car will be worked on to minimize the wait as muc and this is with an appointment. Isn’t the whole point of an appointment to schedule the time your car will be worked on to minimize the wait as much as possible??? My car needed a front camera replaced, probably a 2hr job or less but I was being told I wouldn’t be able to pick up the car till the end of the next day. This was after I dropped the vehicle off and was told I could pick up vehicle in 1/2 a day. That being said Diego was great at trying to get my car back as soon as possible. He was able to made some adjustments and get my car back the same day. My grip with the logistics is not toward Diego. Scheduling is a problem with the processes in place at the dealership and how they schedule work on the cars. Seems ridiculous to drop off your car at an appointment time so it can wait in line a day or two before it gets looked at. How about appointment time be close to when the technician is going to look at it. Kind of like a Doctor, Dentist, or any other appointment you set. More
