She did give a discount for my oil change for that visit only. Takes along time before your car is actually worked on, and this is with an appointment. Isn’t the whole point of an appointment to schedule the time your car will be worked on to minimize the wait as muc and this is with an appointment. My car needed a front camera replaced, probably a 2hr job or less but I was being told I wouldn’t be able to pick up the car till the end of the next day. This was after I dropped the vehicle off and was told I could pick up vehicle in 1/2 a day. That being said Diego was great at trying to get my car back as soon as possible. He was able to made some adjustments and get my car back the same day. My grip with the logistics is not toward Diego. Scheduling is a problem with the processes in place at the dealership and how they schedule work on the cars. Seems ridiculous to drop off your car at an appointment time so it can wait in line a day or two before it gets looked at. How about appointment time be close to when the technician is going to look at it. Kind of like a Doctor, Dentist, or any other appointment you set. More
