They could have easily tried to push us in a more expensive model such as E Class or S class, but they seemed to just go with whatever we wanted to look at which was nice. Overall my wife and I are very happy with the experience, service and Professionalism at Knaus Mercedes in Lake Bluff. I'm so use to High-Pressure Dealerships with too many sales reps waiting to stuff you into anything on the lot.
