Richard Bradley was the best sales associate I have ever talked to. I am 40 years old so I have had a lot of experience with buying or leasing a car over 2 decades. Richard was very knowledgeable, kind and determined to make my first time at Mercedes memorable. Everyone from finance, to service to the Sales manager were amazing. That word "amazing" gets thrown around alot but they really lived up to it. I must have been there 8 or 9 times looking and deciding and then ordering from scratch and they treated me like I was at a Five star hotel. I can't say enough about my time there, all I know is I will be back and I will get my wife's car at the same location because of the impeccable service. If you want a Mercedes this is the place to go, if you want a sales associate that will be honest, transparent, not pushy and help in any way possible then definitely see Richard B. I made an appointment and they were anticipating my arrival. Paul Kim was very calm and I enjoyed test driving the car with him. He was able to answer the specific questions I had about the car I was purchasing. Never once did he seem uncertain. Lastly Vijay in financing was so friendly and hilarious. Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!!! I’ll start by saying that car buying is at the bottom of my list of what I enjoy purchasing and have always dreaded in the past. That all changed sinc I’ll start by saying that car buying is at the bottom of my list of what I enjoy purchasing and have always dreaded in the past. That all changed since coming to Knauz. Mitch is a great salesman – very friendly and knowledgeable and he found exactly what I wanted but never pushed me to buy. He's genuinely concerned about a customer getting what he is looking for and that the customer is happy with his purchase. This car has a lot of controls and cool features that I was not familiar with and Mitch was very helpful and patient when it came to explaining everything as was Evan who also knows a lot about the cabin controls and features – a wealth of information and also very good and patient when it came to explaining it all. Vijay handled the financing and the process took a minimal amount of time which was another plus. This was hands down the best car buying experience I’ve had and I would not hesitate to purchase from this top notch dealership again. More

He really made it such a great car buying experience. We finally decided we had to have the car and went to pick it up. Everyone we came in contact with from Paul our sales guy to VJ in finance we felt taken care of and at ease. They even washed my fiance's car while we waited!
