Dick is a seasoned sales agent who is very well informed on features of the various models. He always acts on our behalf. Current Mercedes have more features since our 1985 model. Sam Greenberg explained a few features that weren't clear from the manuals. We might need Sam's help in the future as we explore our new cars.
