Sani explained in detail what was checked on my truck and ensured everything was in tip top shape before my Mom and I left. My truck was washed, too! These three gentlemen made me feel more confident to drive my truck! Finally, KNAUZ Mercedes-Benz facility is very clean; and the temperature in the service center was nice and warm! More

Excellent, I live in Arizona and buy my cars from Knauz I purchased a 2018 GLC and 10 minutes after delivery, the module controlling the entire vehicle faulted. I was told it would take 1 to 7 days to get t I purchased a 2018 GLC and 10 minutes after delivery, the module controlling the entire vehicle faulted. I was told it would take 1 to 7 days to get the part from Germany for there wasn’t one in the USA. Strah was instrumental in procuring the part and MB shipped the part overnight and within 1 day my vehicle was up and running. This expeditious service allowed me to maintain my schedule and return to Arizona, and I might add that this all occurred during the Thanksgiving Holiday week. All the people in the dealership are very helpful and welcoming. Our salesman was Steve Chase, who is knowledgeable, polite, easy to work with, very responsive and not at all pushy. He put together a great deal on the new car AND got us a great deal on our trade-in. Strah Gostovic, who works with Steve as concierge, is a wonderful asset to the dealership. He spent time on several occasions showing me how to use all the technology in the car. He is immensely patient and kind. He is available throughout the day via phone or in person and never made me feel silly with all my many questions. This entire experience has been amazing!! More
