⚠️Bad Customer Service! ⚠️ I purchased my second vehicle yesterday. Working with Mark was Great! However, I realized they missed a recall! I called service! Now I have to miss work to bring my newly purchased vehicle to be serviced. They refused to provide me a rental vehicle to drive while the 24k vehicle I just bought at their dealership was sent home with me not safe and ready to drive! More

Had my vehicle serviced this week @ Kline Nissan with service mechanician extraordinaire John S. He did exceptional service on my vehicle with through explanation of what was needed, the cost, choice service mechanician extraordinaire John S. He did exceptional service on my vehicle with through explanation of what was needed, the cost, choice of options as how to proceed, as well as time frame needed to do the repairs. He was honest, showed concern, and gave professional skilled opinion. I left my vehicle for repair, fully informed, without hesitation and worry, I knew exactly what to expect upon repair completion. He did not ply me with possible unforseen complication to increase repair cost and revenue. Even though there was every possibility do to the age of my vehicle and issues I was having. I've had vehicle repairs done at several automobile service centers, including dealerships where I've purchased from, and have never encountered such honesty care and integrity as I received from John S. at Kline Nissan. I also had a loaner vehicle which was very responsibly priced. I was checked in with my vehicle , and lined up with the loaner by Service Advisor Ryan J. Again, I was met with the utmost courtesy and friendly professionalism in Ryan J. expediting the loaner process and I was on my way. Upon my return to drop off the loaner, pick up and check out my vehicle, Ryan J. again had my paperwork ready to go. Without rush and some friendly conversation Ryan J. then brought my vehicle right up to the front door, repaired and freshly washed. He wished me a good day, I reciprocated to Ryan, asked him to extend my thanks and gratitude to John S. and I was on my way.
