Hi Jspd6, It looks like you were very unsatisfied with the customer service that Kline Nissan provided you, in regards to getting you the renewed licensing for your new car in a timely manner. I guess I'm just messaging you for several reasons. The first, is to see if the new plates (or tabs) ever arrived in the mail? Second, is there anything we can do to remedy the problem in your eyes, so that we can have the negative review you posted, taken down? I totally understand your frustration, as I have dealt with similar issues myself (not with Kline, but elsewhere). You buy a new car, and then you get jacked around like you bought something used on craigslist, and you become the criminal running around with expired plates on your brand new car! As far as I know, you have already been contacted by someone at Kline, and may have already had the issue resolved. I am fairly new to Kline Nissan (as I was formerly the Marketing Manager for Kline Motorsports). Kline Nissan brought me in, to help "clean-up" their online presence, and so that is why I am contacting you, much later than 2008 when you left the review. I applaud your efforts in leaving a negative review, because it (in this case) has effective in getting attention, and raising eyebrows here at Kline Nissan. Much better than getting the run-around on the phone. So hopefully, you've had sometime to remedy the problem with us, and cool down a little bit; to forgive us for the problem, and take down the review.
