They lie to sell cars. Would not replace bumper like promised. Bought vehicle with terms being replace bumper, fix illuminated light, and fix broken marker light. Over two weeks with no calls to set up appointment to fix what was promised. We had to call several times and tlk to managers. Never return calls. Do not get sucked in. I will never go there again. HORRIBLE SERVICE: i bought a pre-owned titan from HORRIBLE SERVICE: i bought a pre-owned titan from kline. i noticed that they didnt change the oil before selling it to me, so i brought it to their HORRIBLE SERVICE: i bought a pre-owned titan from kline. i noticed that they didnt change the oil before selling it to me, so i brought it to their service department to get it changed. when they changed the oil & returned the truck to me, something didnt feel right. sure enough, it wasnt 10 miles later that my truck began smoking badly before it came to a grinding hault. i had the truck towed back to kline, and the next day went in to see what had happened to the engine. it turned out, that the transmission hose was severed, and has leaked out all of the transmission fluid. the service advisor said it was my fault, and charged me for all the repairs. I WILL NEVER GO BACK More

The gentleman that answers the phones for parts goes beyond my expectations. The tall, heavy set, older gentleman at the parts counter doesn't even come close. I asked him a question and he gave me a beyond my expectations. The tall, heavy set, older gentleman at the parts counter doesn't even come close. I asked him a question and he gave me a guess answer. I had to ask him to verify for me. Vehicles are not cheap. I expect accurate answers not guesses especially if it only takes a minute to ask one of the qualified techs. Also, the young cashier lady was not very friendly. She didn't even thank me for my purchase. I have been in the retail business for many years and I can honestly say they did not come close to displaying good customer service. I wish I would have gotten the gentleman on the phones name. He is the only reason I go back to Kline. As soon as another dealership becomes available I will never go to Kline unless they change. I will gladly drive 30 minutes out of my way and give someone else who cares my business. More

As a result of her pushing us through the business process, it wasn't until I was on my way home that I realized she hadn't taken off the deposit I gave from our final price. More

If their service dept personell were like their salespeople, they would be an outstanding dealer. If I could do it all over again, I would not buy from them. More
Agreed to a sale with my credit union. Adam contacted my cell phone and took all the necessary information over the phone while I was driving to the dealership. Adam was very helpful and made the extra trip from Duluth to Maplewood well worth the time. I will shop there again and recommend it to others without question.
