Last week I brought our new van in for it's first oil change. I had also received a recall notice. Even though I was 30 minutes early for my appointment, they got my van right in. The vehicle met my needs and I am/was very happy with it. As my needs changes I decided I wanted something with more options and 'extras' such as the Nissan Maxima. The same team that helped during my first visit in 2010 was eager to help meet all my needs two years later, Adam Bazille was very quick to respond to emails and questions we had thru this process. Even while I was debating the financial end of things Adam in no way pressured me. When I went to test drive the car we were helped by Jake who was able to easily explain how all the buttons/screens worked. These two are a truly professional team, who at the end of the day got me in my new car. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and for sure would recommend Kline Nissan in Maplewood to anyone who is searching for a dealership. More
