Kline nissan is outstanding to work with. I have bought two cars from kline now. Both times they have been very willing to work with me to get the price that I want. No to Kline Nissan I normally don't go out of my way to right bad reviews but I just had to here. We came in to talk to someone about a lease. The gentleman that helped us did not introduce himself. We asked a couple questions about leasing and deals for new grads. It sounded like it was his first day there because his answers were vague and uninformative. When we asked about servicing a lease in the cities vs servicing the car at the nearest Nissan dealer he told us we'd have to do it at Kline. We thought that was strange since EVERY other car dealership said that I could service closer to me. He was quick to jump on that one and say that we were mistaken and that's how they all do it. We were over it by then and just wanted a brochure to continue to keep the Nissan brand in mind regardless of customer service. He went back to get one, (meanwhile the remaining other employees were eating on the sales floor, no one ever verified our group was being helped) After 10 mins the gentleman came back and said they didn't have any brochures. Here's a clue Kline, wanna sell a car to a consumer.... Have a measly frickin brochure. Ruined any chance of me ever buying a Nissan. More

Cheng Yang was my sales rep, and he was a knowledgable professional with a great attitude and no-pressure approach. He kept things moving, kept in communication when my car was in having aftermarket leather seats and seat heat done, and when the best day for me to pick the car up happened to be his day off, he came in on his day off to make sure everything was taken care of. Great service all around, I definitely give these guys my recommendation. Best of all, I love my new Rogue! More

Best Salesman! We were at two other Nissan dealerships before we finally made our way to Kline and to Chris Little. We didn't get good vibes from neither one of the previous dealerships (being minorities we picked up on this kind of stuff). They told us flat out that they wouldn't negotiate the price because they are offering us the best deal already with their lifetime warranty (which I found out through my research that life time warranties are really a bunch of nice words string together but really holds no values for the customers). Chris told us right away that he would work with us and get us the best deal, which he did. We told him we already got loans from our Bank, he promised us that he could top their offer and again he did. Before we left he told us again and again to call Kline if we have any questions in regards to the car and to bring it in right away if we needed help with the new features, etc... His treatment of us just made us feel so good. We would definitely recommend Chris to any one that is looking for a new car. More
