I bought a Maxima from Kline in 2007 and today it has 68000 miles and looks like new. However, the floor on both the passenger and driver sides have rusted through. Both sides have an area about the size of a large football in the exact same areas. This service manager said that the warrantee is expired so there is nothing they would do. I have since gotten the car repaired ($1200.00) after a lot of effort that I will not get into here. I will say that it was recommended by one of the repair facilities I visited, that I contact the NTSB as the rotting floor is a safety issue if not detected soon enough. My point to Kline was that this is an expensive automobile and it is the 21st century. This sort of deterioration should not happen. I have owned numerous, not Nissan, cars and trucks in my lifetime, keeping each 8-12 years and have never seen this sort of issue. Dealers are always very accommodating when you are looking to buy. The purchase experience is always great. What separates a great dealership from the "sales only" dealers is the willingness to be of service to owners regardless of the issue. Kline is not a great dealership! More

When the time came to turn on the heat it was noticeably loud and blew out luke warm air, however was good enough to get through the winter. NOW it is WAY worse, it is really loud and still takes forever to warm the car in the winter and the air conditioning is not cold enough to cool it. Finally got some time on my hands so I called and spoke with the manager PETE and said I would like to give him the opportunity to fix it before I spend my own cash on it. He started LAUGHING and then thought about it more and started LAUGHING again!...AND he was working and talking to other people during our entire phone call! Yes, this is what Kline Nissan thinks about its customers and customer satisfaction! NONE of my family or friends will be shopping here including of course myself. I told him I'm thinking about spending something in the low 20s for a Rogue....I will not be going here or any Kline to get it. I don't know how a manager could be so careless about customer satisfaction on such a "big ticket" item where people spend thousands. I could literally walk in there today and write a personal check up to 50k and so could most of my friends and family, but NOT anymore and NOT AT KLINE if this is how their managers are trained to handle customer satisfaction. He kept saying what took me so long to contact him, I'm a single full time parent working 50 hours a week and I have to wait for opportunities to get things like this done. It was good ENOUGH for the time being but he didn't want to acknowledge what I told him, and that was it was faulty from the first time it was turned on after the sale. His final answer (after he stopped laughing and concluded his conversations with other people) was no warranty. More

The entire staff, and Huxley in particular, somehow managed to be attentive, responsive, and interested without being pushy or high-pressure. They managed to find and dealer-trade for the mythical "White Whale" of Rogues - all the options we wanted and none we didn't - within a day of our visit. They gave us fair trade-in value on our tired old Audi and a lease rate that was borderline comical in comparison to the other brands we were shopping. Was expecting another excursion into car-haggle land. Got nothing but a great experience instead. More

The way car buying should be! I was in the market for a Honda Civic for my daughter. I had looked at this vehicle at several other dealerships and was not successful with a purcha I was in the market for a Honda Civic for my daughter. I had looked at this vehicle at several other dealerships and was not successful with a purchase. I went online researched the inventory and made a call to Klien Nissan (it was about 49 miles from our home) I spoke with Charlie he looked up the car on the computer - he went out on the lot looked over the vehicle test drove it called me back said it looked and drove great! I arrived later that day with my daughter, Charlie was helping a customer and had Huxley assist us - they had the car ready for us to test drive my daughter drove the car and loved it! We arrived at 3:45 and left at 6:00 with that car Charlie test drove for us. I absolutely am impressed with this Dealership and the way they treat people unlike any experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle! I would recommend this dealership to everyone, you will not be disappointed! Thank you for all your help in helping me find the perfect car for my daughter Huxley, Charlie and Klien Nissan. -Amy More
