Hello, I apologize for any frustration you are feeling. When you and Andrew dropped your 2007 Murano off for repair, the concern you asked to be checked; was the RPM dropping and the vehicle stalling after 5-10 minutes of driving. The technician determined your vehicle needed a new Cam Shaft Position Sensor and needed to re-flash the ECM. Andrew said he had replaced the sensor with an aftermarket sensor. After checking with the technician, it was determined we could not reflash an aftermarket sensor and guarantee it would fix the issue. Andrew declined the repair. During the multi point inspection, it was found the vehicle needed brakes, an alignment, the axle and outer tie rods were replaced as well. Andrew did approve those repairs. Again, per our conversation Kline Nissan has offered a complimentary diagnosis and a complimentary rental (I have borrowed a Murano from our Used Vehicle Department) to confirm the shaking issue you have recently stated as a concern. Hello, We gave your daughter a $2000 discount on repairs to fix something that was done by the previous owners of her vehicle. This was after her selling dealership (which was not Kline Nissan), and her warranty company refused to help her. In the service business, this is above and beyond. The vehicle started here each time and obviously started when she picked it up as well. Unfortunately, a battery is like a light bulb and can fail without warning.
