It didn't suck!!! I was NOT looking forward to the drive & wait. I live an hour north of the cities, and I work overnights, so I was pretty tired. The coffee was very good, the waiting area was very comfortable, and my service advisor Ivan was AWESOME! The minute I walked in he had a smile on his face, was warm & welcoming, and made my overall experience very pleasant. I was quoted 1.5 hours for all the company vehicle work I needed, and it took about an hour. AND the washed my car!!! I live and drive on dirt roads so it was awesome!! More

I would not go to this Nissan for service, they are crooks, I went in for a tire rotation, . They claimed I had a nail in one tire, I checked it out, yes there was a nail in one tire. I couldn't pay fo crooks, I went in for a tire rotation, . They claimed I had a nail in one tire, I checked it out, yes there was a nail in one tire. I couldn't pay for four tires totally $596, they put bald tires on my car instead of my original tires. My car is 2 year old, took it to another tire place, I had two tires with nails in it, and a big X on one of them proof they switch my tires, . They make money off your good tires, trying to get you to buy new tires. Guess what they will reap what they sow More

I visited this dealership yesterday after communicating with the Business Manager there, Madeline. She was very thorough and prompt in her communication and follow up regarding my trading in my car on a la with the Business Manager there, Madeline. She was very thorough and prompt in her communication and follow up regarding my trading in my car on a larger vehicle. I told her up front that I had credit issues and she assured me that they worked with all types of credit essentially making me feel that it wouldn’t be a problem. She referred me to a salesman named Aaron. I drove an hour to get there after work to meet Aaron and have them look at my car and look at a car I saw online. At first he was ok.. a bit phony but tolerable. He pulled my credit report and asked me some questions regarding my employment etc. Noone ever looked at my car. I never saw the woman who said “ she really wanted to meet me” and eas there less than an hour before they told me there was nothing they could do for me. Mind you, they didn’t even try. They just saw a poor single mom, a loser in their minds and didn’t bother. I am pretty sure that Aaron got my inccome incorrect but since he didn’t bother to recheck .. he just wanted to be done with me, I cannot be sure. After I left, I realised that there may have been a misunderstanding regarding my pay. I know car dealerships aren’t the most scrupulous businesses out there but god.. I don’t think I have ever left a place feeling that low before. The thing is. They don’t know me or my story. They have not been in my shoes and they certainly were nit willing to go to bat for me so my son and I could drive something more comfortable. I wasn’t even looking at new cars. I was looking at something almost 3 years old that with my trade in which is paid for and all would have gone towards the purchase price would have definitely brought it down significantly. Shameful. I would not recommend this dealership especially if your not perfect and don’t have a perfect life.because they don’t believe in helping those that might need a little help. Go elsewhere..do research More
