So many issues with a 2015 Buick Enclave and no help We thought we were buying a great car and a good price. However, since we bought it we should have known there would be issues. The car had more mil We thought we were buying a great car and a good price. However, since we bought it we should have known there would be issues. The car had more miles than it was advertised for but they didn't budge on the price. The door panel was coming off but they did replace that. There was a scratch down the one side that they said they couldn't fix but we said we would deal with it. Then the inside of the car was absolutely filthy which I have never seen a car sold that way. There were no floor mats and they only gave one key which we had to have another one made. Now, the power steering pump and possibly the rack are bad and this is not something that just happened. We love the car but how Klick Lewis treated this car, as it was driven by an employee, is beyond ridiculous. I have driven and even bought a rental car before and didn't have these types of issues. They will not do anything about the issue which is understandable but the quality of their used car, driven by an employee is horrendous. Will not deal with this dealership again! More
