In the past, I have spent an entire day at a dealership while a sales consultant talks circles around me and I end up leaving feeling disheartened and exhausted. At Klick-Lewis, my sales consultant, Ian was outside waiting for our scheduled appointment when we arrived. He was very knowledgeable of the car we were interested in and the various features it had. He was incredibly efficient in showing us the car, test driving it, and discussing financing. The process was quick and painless and Ian’s sense of humor helped make the process more enjoyable as well. I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my experience with Klick-Lewis. The facility itself was well maintained and inviting, staff members were friendly, Ian was fantastic, the price of the vehicle was fair, and we even had a moment to talk with one of the owners, Patrick. Patrick was also very warm and friendly and welcomed us to his family owned and operated dealership.
