To buy a vehicle is great but the service is a rip off changing a bulb 45.00 is insane you pay 10.00 for two they changed 1 and it takes less than 5 minutes. This was a brake light bulb and the vehicle was bought there to top it off. The service manager answer was I have to pay my guy to put it in. That's a rate of 420.00 an hour More

This service department is horrible flat out horrible. Nobody in that whole department returns a phone call at all it’s ridiculous! I just came and took my mothers car after it sat for 2 days not even bei Nobody in that whole department returns a phone call at all it’s ridiculous! I just came and took my mothers car after it sat for 2 days not even being touch! Trust is earned more like we just want your money and that’s all! Never be back and it sounds like you lost a lot of customers around town! Your service is BAD! Absolutely horrible! Had my car in with Jr never called me till roughly about 4 said he was done. It was just an inspection and oil change. I picked it up he forgot to di Had my car in with Jr never called me till roughly about 4 said he was done. It was just an inspection and oil change. I picked it up he forgot to discount my coupon ok I can deal with that. When I got in my car there was oil stains inside no lube sticker and the oil life is at 5 % now I’m hot. I called. Jr in the morning he said he would talk to the tech and call me back surprise never did I called then I asked for someone in management I got a voicemail of a guy name Todd he never called me back I waited a day called service I asked for Todd they said let me check if he’s in I can hear him say send it to my voicemail. Trust is earned ha! Would you trust someone that doesn’t return phone calls at all. It’s fine I’ll take my 4 cars my wife’s family’s 6 cars and we will find another place. Don’t even bother responding oh wait you don’t. More
