I drive 40 minutes out to Decatur because the dealers in the metroplex have bad attitudes and want me to leave my vehicle for weeks... seriousl gang. Customer service is non existent. My vehicle in for service for 5 weeks and I didn't get one call from my service advisor, I had to call every couple weeks for an update. Service advisor wasn't necessary rude, but very dry and unenergetic. The new facility is nice, although empty. I did enjoy the free ice-cream offered by the lady who took my payment. More
