Was first told that there were no parts for my three recalls, but after adding a cabin filter change to my oil change the parts were suddenly discovered. Strange. Oil change and tire rotation took one hour and forty five minutes and residual oil was left to drip underneath my truck from a spill or something during my service. Too long for a service like that IMO. More
