I needed to replace a plastic fuel line on my Ram 2500. I am traveling from South Dakota. I called to make a reservation and was told they don't take reservations for service, I did not have a second vehic I am traveling from South Dakota. I called to make a reservation and was told they don't take reservations for service, I did not have a second vehicle to use while truck was in shop. I stoped by on Friday and was told it would be Monday, maybe Tuesday before I would get truck back. I needed truck Monday. I came back Tuesday and they were able to get truck back to me at noon Wednesday. It would have been nice if I could have gotten a loaner since I was from out to town. More
