I brought the truck in for a simple transmission service upon doing the service I was told I needed a $10,000 transmission which in fact I didn’t was also told I could pick my truck up on Saturday. I went in and there was nobody in service I talk to a salesman and the salesman said yes sorry there’s nobody in service so I had to come back on Monday to pick up my truck which made my travel plans delayed to additional days.
