She also helped to explain what exactly it was I was paying for.And explained what the suggested future work questions, she was kind and courteous. I went there on a Saturday morning to do an oil change and I didn't know that I needed an appointment on Saturdays. The customer service rep. at the service counter was very polite and told me that they w and I didn't know that I needed an appointment on Saturdays. Every time I've come to Klein Honda to have our Honda Pilot serviced, the staff has been very friendly and professional. I'm currently waiting while my vehicle is being serviced. Our vehicle isn't due for a 60K maintenance service (only at 50k), but our last oil change revealed that we needed several things to be performed (brake, steering, transmission flush, etc) and decided to do it early. Steve worked with us due to budget constraints and extended a 15% discount as well as not charging for the rear differential lubrication and a free spark plug. I'm back again because our coil needs replacing and the part had to be ordered. In an age when customer service and common courtesy seems to be "old school," this has been refreshing. Because of Steve and the other staff I've interfaced with, I'll keep coming back! Thanks and keep up the good work! More

Closest Honda dealership to my location. Had heard good things about their service department and their customer service. Was not disappointed by either. Got me in at my appointment time and they were do things about their service department and their customer service. Was not disappointed by either. My main reason for continuing to return to Klein Honda is because of CJ Wahl. Klein Honda is the only place I have ever taken my car to be serviced. CJ is always available in person, via phone, or e-mail because of CJ Wahl. Klein Honda is the only place I have ever taken my car to be serviced. CJ is honest and lets me know when recommended service needs to get done, he educates me, and always treats me fair. Its important to me to have a personal working relationship with someone who cares about my business and CJ is always there for me! I would recommend CJ to anyone looking to have a personal service advisor and I would recommend Klein Honda for the purchase of a car. More
My wife and I have purchased a total of 4 vehicles from Klein Honda. We love Honda's and Klein has always treated us very well. Our current vehicle is a 2009 Pilot Touring with 60k miles. I tell of the mileage since this is a vehicle we plan on keeping and recently had problems with the door locks. After surfing the internet I learned many Pilots, not limited to only the 2009 model, have similar problems. I would give the Honda Corp. a thumbs down for not having a mass fix. I would however give Klein (Ryan, Joey and CJ) a thumbs up. Admittedly we were frustrated after the first visit since the problem was not fixed. This was in no way Klein's fault though. Door locks and nearly everything in the Pilot is computer controlled. The guys at Klein believed the problem was fixed since it worked fine when we picked it up the first time. After a couple days the locks acted up again and we found ourselves back at Klein. Ryan, the Service Manager, assisted at this point. Ryan truly understands how to manage a department and he put our needs first and foremost. It turned out we needed new FOBs as well as the master lock control. Best of all is that we had an extended warranty and Ryan made sure everything was covered. I must also say I am not big on extended warranties yet it was Klein's finance guru who recommended we buy it since we planned on keeping the car. Let me say, the above repairs would have almost cost what we paid for the extended warranty. Fast forward two months and the Pilot works great! I was recently in for an oil change (I don't do that Jiffy Lube stuff) and I saw Joey, CJ and Ryan. I have grown to know all 3 guys and they are in fact genuine people! CJ took care of everything while we had our taxes done nearby. He even arranged for Lauren, Klein's shuttle driver, to take us to our destination while the Pilot had a transfusion. Once there she gave me a card and phone number and asked us to call her when done. It was an easy experience and if I was to buy another car it would be the new Accord coupe (AWESOME car) and it would definitely come from Klein Honda!!! Keep up the good work. More
