I brought my Honda Ridgeline in for service in January and had the pleasure of working with Assistant Service Advisor, CJ Whal. CJ made the experience the best possible experience it could be for having and had the pleasure of working with Assistant Service Advisor, CJ Whal. CJ made the experience the best possible experience it could be for having your vehicle in the shop to be serviced. The customer service he provided is the definition of what customer service is and should be, many could learn from him. I appreciated not only his demeanor, but also the attention he gave to all of the finer details that can be missed. Since my schedule and ability to communicate and return phones calls was hampered based on my work and school schedule, he was fine with sending email updates of the progress and cost of the repairs. I sent an email relatively late at night at one point and received a reply at 11 at night; for certain I did not expect a reply that late but was impressed that he took a moment on his off time to respond to the email. In addition, there was an issue with the car rental return that popped up which he quickly and diligently took care with no further hassle on my end from the car dealership. In fact, Enterprise could learn a bit or two from this type of customer service. So to CJ and his team of workers, I offer my thanks and appreciate of a job well done. Working with Josh today changed my perspective on having work done at a dealership. He was friendly (even at 7:15 in the morning). Stephen Kenna is the best service rep that I have ever dealt with. I have been to numerous dealerships, but the service attitude that I see from Steven is just awesome! Oh my goodness that experience was amazing! Yes it cost money and car service can be expensive but they were so kind. Services I was paying for at another dealership, were free. They gave me a coupon I did money and car service can be expensive but they were so kind. Services I was paying for at another dealership, were free. They gave me a coupon I didn't have. They paid for a rental car so I could take my son home for lunch and a nap. I was able to just leave the rental there even when done. They have a customer for life!!! Thanks so much Joey! More
