We are sorry to hear your experience didn't meet your expectations. Our communication seems to have been straight forward. Your vehicle was ready for 3 days and you didn't come in until the one day Service is closed. Sales had a lot attendant ready to drive you home, but you left after 40 seconds? You returned on Tuesday and after discussion of a discount, were not happy with what we offered. You asked us to remove the discount, so that you could write a bad review. We will continue to evaluate your experience with the Service team to hopefully improve, so that we don't have something like this occur in the future.
