Arash and Q were the best! I had such a great experience with Klein Honda! Arash who was the associate helping me find my car made me feel comfortable and ready to help buy my I had such a great experience with Klein Honda! Arash who was the associate helping me find my car made me feel comfortable and ready to help buy my first car! He took in my must've and don’t want for a car and helped me find the perfect one for me. I didn’t feel pushed/pressured to buy something that I didn’t want or need. To top it off Q the financial manager was great and he explained everything in details. Everything, every questions I had regarding the lender bank and the best possible rate. I could get approved for. He definitely did his best to make it work for my budget. I'm super happy to have Q helped me I overall had a wonderful experience and if I ever want to get another car I’m definitely going back to Klein. More

What a refreshing experience buying a car during chip and inventory shortage. Edmond was our product specialist and Q Ali our financial manager. Edmond was patient and (we feel) got us the deal we were loo inventory shortage. Edmond was our product specialist and Q Ali our financial manager. Edmond was patient and (we feel) got us the deal we were looking for, without the pressure of buying a car. When it came to financing Q Ali helped us. Q Ali provided with a peace of mind and explained everything in great details. From my past experiences Finance managers are usually in rush to make buyers' sign paperwork. But not with Q Ali, we felt he listened when we said no and we agreed to purchase optional add-ons in which we saw value, Vehicle service contract (10yr plan), Gap coverage, Windshield and Honda maintenance (48k miles). Thank you Edmond and Q Ali for taking care of us. And providing us the best car buying experience. More
They are amazing and even upheld the warranty on an issue I was having even though the warranty had just expired. They could have said 'no' but didn't and THAT is what excellent customer service is all abou I was having even though the warranty had just expired. I saw a vehicle on Car Gurus that listed as a new arrival. Instead of getting the run around from calling as one sometimes does, I went there. I was first told the car wasnt there then it was there arrival. Instead of getting the run around from calling as one sometimes does, I went there. I was first told the car wasnt there then it was there and they brought it around but said I couldnt drive it. I am confused why they are listing things that you can drive and then buy? I understand I take the risk of the car already being sold but that wasnt the case. They are NOT very customer service oriented and wasted my time with advertising a car for sale that you cant drive. Perhaps on the listing they could say it was a recent trade in and is pending a safety inspection More
Garbage service from a garbage dealership. Called several days before and scheduled an appointment for my Civic to have its “check emissions system” message checked out. I dropped the car off Called several days before and scheduled an appointment for my Civic to have its “check emissions system” message checked out. I dropped the car off at my appointment time and was asked “do you plan on waiting here or do you want us to call you when we have an update?”. I told the service tech I wanted to be called. I had a friend pick me up to take me home. 24 hours later I had heard nothing from Klein so I called and was told “oh, it looks like we’re just about to check it out now” meaning they had forgotten about my car until I called. They called me a few hours later and said it was the thermostat and they would be able to replace it and have it ready by that night. I finally got a call late in the morning the next day saying they were finished. I told them I wanted a discount because of the poor communication and the fact they had forgotten about my car. They said they could discuss when I came in to pick up the car. I came on Sunday since it was the only day I could get someone to take me since my wife is home with our newborn baby. I went inside and talked to one of the sales people since the service department is closed Sundays. The sales person talked to a manager and said they could only give me the keys if I payed the full balance. I told them I wouldn’t and that I needed either a discount or for someone to drive me home since I had been dropped off by my mother-in-law on her lunch break and she had left. The team at Klein refused to help in any way and told me to come back tomorrow and that they couldn’t do anything to help me get home. I assume since there was no chance of a commission check for the sales manager there was no reason to help me. I walked to Target in the rain and had my wife pack our 1 month old baby into a car seat and come pick me up. Terrible service. Once I pick up my car I won’t be back again and I will be telling my friends and family to avoid this place as well. More
