We began our Honda Search on the Internet. Klein was very responsive, was willing to be upfront with what they had, prices, etc. They have a designated Internet Representative. Everyone seemed happy to be working there, and we also heard there really is a Mr. Klein. I truly dislike financial relationships with companies where the employees are unhappy. Anyway, great great service. And we got our first tank of gas free! We were glad we drove the extra 40 miles. More

After spending a couple hours looking at the Honda Fit's at Klein Honda we decided to buy the last Sport w/Nav Honda Fit on their lot. After starting the paperwork our salesman had to go to a scheduled meeting and left us with another salesman to close the deal (the price had already been arranged through Costco Pricing). This new salesman asked us to wait at the desk while he processed the paperwork. After waiting for 15 minutes we walked outside to look at the car again just to pass the time. While outside we were informed by yet another salesman that the car had just been sold to another couple who had arrived while we were test driving the car. While the other couple never test drove the car, they were informed that we had agreed to buy it and were allowed to buy it from under us. Chalk it up as a day wasted at Klein Honda. More

I recently bought an used car from them. The treatment I received from Francis & Perry was very good and co-operative. Though the APR initially estimated was high, eventually I got the most competitive rate. Overall, it was a very good experience and I think we got the best deal in buying our 2005 Honda Civic.
